Using our experience as Professional Certified Designers we are able to design all sizes of project from compact city apartments to family homes and spacious country estates. We can automate home security, lighting, heating, air conditioning, electrical appliances, curtain, blinds, and home entertainment, data and phone systems, giving the users control and management of any electrical device within and around the building from a touch screen, digital keys, conventional soft touch switches, remote controls via the telephone or a PC. All systems can be modem/phone linked to provide remote control from anywhere in the world.
We provide a consultancy service to advise on the best type of Building Management or Home Automation and home entertainment system to suit a particular project, be it a compact city apartment, a family home or spacious country estate.
Following the initial consultancy we will fully design a system to suit the project. We provide specification and wiring schematics that can be used by the designer to send to your preferred installers thereby enabling competitive wiring installation costs to be achieved prior to the commencement of the project.
Our systems simplify the home or office, making
it more comfortable, secure and economical. We specialise in systems that
are easy to install, simple and quick to program, while still providing a
‘Total Solution’.
Fusion Group are able to design and provide a solution as a unique selling point in that a property can then be described as “future proofed for full home automation” . The designer then has the flexibility of offering clients either a standard conventional system at no additional cost or selling at a premium the installation of a Home Automation system. If the client/homeowner elects for the conventional system they do so in the knowledge that they can still at any time in the future upgrade to a Home Automation system.
Our systems are easy to install and can be fitted by any competent electrical contractor. We will provide advice on installation or support your chosen electrical contractors. Alternatively, we can provide customised installation of our systems. Systems are provided to the electrical contractor ready to fit with full wiring diagrams and connection charts.
Where the decision is made to automate a property at the build stage or refurbishment stage, rather than just enabling it, then factory assembled, fully commissioned panels can be provided. These panels come complete with the property’s main electrical switch, circuit protection devices and all the required Home Automation equipment. For larger projects we can provide a full project management service to cover the entire electrical installation.
As a CIS Approved Advanced Installer we are recognised for our superior installation and servicing cpabilities, dedication to quality and outstanding service to customers.
Installer classification is subject to an
annual review and the terms of the Agreement being adhered to by the Installer.
Areas investigated during a review include:
· Conduct of the Installer.
· Testimonials from customers detailing performance of the Installer.
· Interviews with customers to discuss performance of the Installer.
· Training and education taken on by the Installer.
Approved Installers provide the best level of service and installation quality.
And to prove it, we provide each installation
they do with an Approved Site Status Certificate.
Once the systems are installed they are fully guaranteed for 12 months. The homeowner has the option to take out a separate maintenance agreement with us.
